- Age:23
- Years Riding:3
- Podiums:22

Simon's full road racing career began in 2007 when he competed in the New Era 125GP Championship as a novice with a podium and best novice award at Snetterton being the highlights of the season.
In 2008, Simon decided to mount a challenge for the title but was hampered early on after breaking his left scaphoid bone in a crash at Cadwell Park. Nevertheless, on his return, Simon bounced back grabbing many podiums and four wins to finish fourth overall in the Championship.
A new set of sponsors in 2009 allowed Simon to compete in the highly contended Thundersport GB series, with the aim of a top 3 finish. Simon once again rode a standard Honda 125 and was running 2nd in the championship halfway through the season only 13 points behind the GP3 series leader Fraser Rogers. An unfortunate accident at Snetterton caused by a championship rival whilst in a very strong position and a mechanical failure at the Donington MotoGP round saw him drop down the championship leader board, but he did not give up chase for the title, after having another 7 more podium places he eventually finished 8th out of 48 riders in the main championship and 6th out of 19 riders in the cup championship.
At 23 years old, Simon from Twickenham still has a bright future ahead of him and despite only having 3 previous years experience, his talent is clear for all to see and is without doubt one to watch in 2010.
